Activate My Account

Note: email addresses are case sensitive.

  • I tried to log on with my name and email, but it won't let me...
    There are a few reasons you may have been unable to activate your account.

    1. Your name and/or email address is different in our system. Perhaps you have changed your email address since you completed your membership registration. Try the old one.

    2. You may have put a space before or after your name or email address in each field. The system recognizes each space as a character, so if you entered an extra space your account cannot be retrieved. Try entering your name and email address again.

    If you are still unable to activate your account, please email our help desk. Note your full name, your daughter's name, service unit, troop number, phone number and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing with Personify eBiz.

Access My Account

  • I activated my account, but have forgotten my log in password...
    Click on "forgot password" on the homepage below the login box or click here. You will need your username and email address.

  • I activated my account, but have forgotten my username...
    Click on "forgot username" on the homepage below the login box or click here. Enter your member ID, if known, or your name and email address.

Work with My Account Page

  • How do I change my address, telephone or email?
    Login and click on "My Account." Click on "Contact information," then click on "Edit" next to the information you want to change. Remember to click "Okay" to save the changes.

Create a User Name and Password

  • Currently registered or past Girl Scout:
    From the home page, click on the middle button "Current or Past Members" if you are currently registered with Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois OR if you have ever been registered with Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.

    • After clicking the appropriate button you will be directed to a page that asks for your first name, last name, and email address. The email address you supply must be the email address that we have on file with our council. Please remember that email addresses are case sensitive. After completing this process you will receive a message stating an email has been sent to your email inbox. Check your email. You will be prompted to click on a supplied link, where you will be asked to create a user name and password.

  • New to our council:
    From the home page, click on "New Members."
