How do I use the Family Events page?

The Family Events page can be used to see all of the activities for which your family members have registered.

Why do I see events on this page that I didn’t purchase for my family?

Troop Leaders can register troop members for events, and adults in your family can register themselves for events online. All of these events can be viewed by you, as the Family Manager, to keep track of the events of your family.

Why can I click on the name of some events and not others?

As long as the event is still available online, you can click the event name to view the details of that event (e.g. date, time, and location). Events without a link have expired or are otherwise unavailable online.

I’m not seeing an event I registered for, or it says "Waitlist". What does that mean?

If for some reason a registration was cancelled, the event will not display on your Family Events page. "Waitlist" indicates that the event has reached its maximum capacity and that the registrant has been placed on the waitlist. Please contact your council if you have any questions about the status of a registration.

How is the Family Events page different from the Family Order History page?

The Family Events page shows all of your family’s activities, no matter who actually paid for the registration. The Family Order History page only shows orders that were placed by you, as the Family Manager.
