How do I use the Family Order History page?

The Family Order History page can be used to see all of the orders that you, as the Family Manager, placed for your family. These include orders for events, memberships and donations. It can be filtered by when the order was placed, if the order has a remaining balance, or by order number.

I forgot to print the order summary for my records when I made a payment, can I go back and print it now?

Yes. Click on the order number to open the order. Then click the "Print" button at the bottom of the order summary page.

When I open an order summary, I sometimes see "Cancelled" and "Waitlist". What does that mean?

If a registration was cancelled, the order summary will display the order status of "Cancelled". "Waitlist" indicates that the event has reached its maximum capacity and that the registrant was placed on the waitlist. Please contact your council if you have any questions about the status of a registration.

How is the Family Order History page different from the Family Events page?

The Family Order History page only shows orders that were placed by the Family Manager. The Family Events page shows all of your family’s activities, no matter who processed the registration.
