I don’t see one of my troops. What do I do?

If you have not done so already, you can self-report the additional troop of which you are a leader. Navigate to your account page, and click the "Add Volunteer Roles" link in the "How I Participate" section to add the additional position of leader and the troop. Once added, you will see a "Pending" or "In Process" status. Once the council has approved your volunteer appointment and the status has changed to "Active", you will be able to see the additional troop online.

If you have any other questions about updating your involvement, please contact your council.

A girl is missing from my roster. What should I do?

If the member is already registered for the current or future year, please use the Troop Change Form to have her transferred into your troop.

If the member has not yet registered, we encourage the parent or guardian of the girl to register her online under "My Family". The council will then transfer the girl into your troop, if necessary.
