How do I use the Troop Order History page?The Troop Order History page allows you to see all of the orders that you, as the Troop Leader, placed for your troop members within the last year.

I forgot to print the order summary for my records when I made a payment. Can I go back and print it now?Yes. From the Troop Orders page, click the order number to open the order. Then, click the “Print” button at the bottom of the order summary page.
When I open an order summary, I sometimes see “Cancelled” or “Waitlist”. What does that mean?If for some reason a registration was cancelled, the order summary will display the order status of “Cancelled”. “Waitlist” indicates that the event your troop member was registered for has reached its maximum capacity and he or she has been placed on the waitlist. Please contact your council if you have any questions about the status of registrations.
How is the Troop Order History page different from the Troop Events page? The Troop Order History page only shows orders that were placed by you, the Troop Leader. The Troop Events page shows all of your troop members’ activities, even if they were registered by their Family Manager or council staff.
