Please note: If you are renewing more than one member; e.g., daughter and parent(s), each member requires a separate login.

Browser Recommendation: The Girl Scouts Online Registration system (eBiz) is compatible with Internet Explorer and Firefox. You may experience compatibility issues with Safari, the browser for Macs, iPods and iPhones, which is not supported at this time.  To download the latest version of Internet Explorer, visit microsoft.com. To download Firefox, visit mozilla.com. Both are free and available for Mac or PC.

1. First time Users, please go to the home page and click Create Login at the bottom of the navigation bar on the left.
   a. Enter the first name, last name and email address that is used in your membership records.
   b. Click continue.
2. Receive a confirmation email to the email address we have on file for you. Please follow the link in your confirmation email to continue the renewal process.
3. User Name and Password.
   a. Your password must use at least 7 characters.
   b. Choose a security question and provide an answer.
   c. Ensure that you have successfully logged in by checking the upper right corner to see if your name is displayed.
   Renew Your Membership
   a. Once you have created your account and logged in, there is a link to My Account in the menu on the left.
   b. Click on "Renew for 1 Year" on the left side of the screen.
   c. Once your profile is on the screen, select the amount you would like to contribute to the Family Giving Partnership. Click Donate.
   d. To complete the renewal process, click on the red "Add" or "Edit" button to enter the required information. If you are registering as an adult member, you will be asked to update your occupation, employer, number of years as a Girl Scout, gender, education, age and age range. If you are registering your daughter, you will be asked to update school, the parent's employer, number of years as a Girl Scout, birthday and grade level in the Fall 2012.
          i. If your daughter's school is not included in the dropdown list, choose "School Not Listed."
         ii. Provide an active email address to ensure you will receive important updates and information from the council.
   e. Click save at the bottom of the page. This will take you back to the payment screen.
4. Confirm Your Amount. Check the amount being charged. If your Donation selection is not displayed, then re-select and click the Donate button again.
5. Payment Information. Enter your credit or debit card information and click Process Payment. Cards with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card are accepted.
