Please make a selection in EACH of the grouping of items (under each gray heading) that pertain to how you want to participate at the conference. Please scroll down to the add to cart button at the bottom of the page!     

Special Needs and Emergency Contact, and Buddy information are required fields at time of submitting your registration. Please note vegetarian option must be requested, medical and/or mobility needs that you think the staff should know about need to be entered in the appropriate field or simply write "none". In the box called "other" please put your second choices for the Sunday workshops, using the two letter code for each workshop.

Overnight stay rates apply to double occupancy, please make sure to list your buddy. If you prefer a single room, an additional fee needs to be collected. Please select one of the single room options, in addition to the desired conference fee.

Last day to register for Early Bird $10 discount is June 30th. The Early Bird price is what shows on eBiz until July 1. Beginning July 1st you will be charged full price.

Cancellation requests must be received by August 11th to receive a refund. Cancellations received after August 11th are not refundable. All cancellations must be in writing, please email volunteerlearningreg@girlscoutsww.org
