Program Activities and Events
We’re excited to offer a variety of programming for October 2012 to March 2013! We believe Girl Scouting gives every girl access to life-changing experiences that inspire her to do something great while she’s learning to build her courage, confidence and character. She learns to trust herself so she can stretch her wings and do what’s new and challenging. She discovers she can take an adventure and learn new skills with the help of other Girl Scouts and dedicated volunteers. She makes friends, finds mentors and joins with others to improve her neighborhood or her school. She realizes she has the power to make change happen in ways she never even imagined. Girls will discover fun, friendship and the power of girls who work together. Girls can go on adventures, learn a sport, sample the arts, team with new friends and volunteer for community service.
Opening and Closing Dates
The opening registration for council-sponsored activities is August 20, 2012.
The closing registration date is two weeks before the program date unless otherwise stated.
