If you register for an event prior to submitting or receiving notification of financial assistance, you must pay for the event in full at the time of registration. If you are granted assistance after you register, then you will receive a credit on your CORE account.
Applying for financial assistance before you register for an event…
If you request financial assistance prior to registering for a council-sponsored event, then your application will be reviewed within 5 business days and, as appropriate, assistance will be pre-granted. Notification of financial assistance award does not signify or confirm event registration. You will still need to register for the event and pay any remaining balance for the event at the time of registration. We encourage you to register timely to help ensure space is available.
If you wish to use Cookie Dough to pay for your event fees please mail the Cookie Dough with a copy of your registration and the Cookie Dough to be applied to your registration. You will recieve a credit on your CORE account for the amount of the Cookie Dough, which is applied.
