Resident Camp Refund Policy

• There will be no refund if a camper leaves camp early due to homesickness or parent/guardian request.
• Deposit fee must accompany the application. This is non-refundable except if the girl is not placed or campership is not sufficient. The deposit fee is notice of intent to attend and will be applied to the total fee.
• A full refund will be paid if camper applies for a campership and is denied, or is not able to afford the balance of camp fees after the campership has been awarded.
• Refund, minus deposit, of amount paid will be made if a girl's illness prevents her attendance. Statement of such by a physician must accompany the parent/guardian written refund request prior to the session.
• If a camper leaves camp because of illness, the balance will be prorated and refunded upon written request of the parent/guardian. Request must be received no later than two weeks after camper returns home.
• Where special skills are required at resident camp, the camp director will make final decision on participation after the girl arrives at camp. If her skills are not sufficient, she will be transferred to a program in which she is qualified. If the girl chooses not to participate in a substituted activity, a prorated fee may be refunded.

Camp Sessions

Important Information - Camp Four Echoes!!

  • If your camper is not currently a registered Girl Scout for the 2012-2013 membership year, she must first become a member before you can proceed with online registration for resident camp. Once you have completed the process, you may return here to use our online resident camp registration system.
  • If you do not want your camper to be a registered Girl Scout, you can still send her to camp for an additional $25 Non-Registered Girl Scout fee.  You will need to submit a paper registration form.  Please click here to access the Camp Registration Form.
  • If your camper is a registered Girl Scout from another council, you will need to submit a paper registration form.  Please click here to access the Camp Registration Form.
  • If you have recently registered as a Girl Scout for the current membership year, and your account does not reflect your registered status, you will need to submit a paper registration form.  Please click here to access the Camp Registration Form.  We will verify your camper's membership as we process the camp registration.
  • We are unable to accept Cookie Dough, at this time, as part of the online registration process. To register using Cookie Dough, you will need to submit a paper registration form.  Please click here to access the Camp Registration Form.
  • Camperships are available for qualified applicants on a financial need basis.  Please click here to access the electronic Campership Form .
  • The camp session MUST be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the session.  Campers with an outstanding balance will be turned away at camp.

Confirmation Packet - Camp Four Echoes

    You will receive the confirmation packet via email after you have registered for camp.  However, if you would like to receive the confirmation packet in the mail, please contact the Spokane office at 1-800-827-9478.  You can also find a copy of all the forms on the Camp Website.

Important Information - Program Center Day Camp!!

  • The balance is due the day the camp session starts.
  • No refunds are available.
  • Session fees are as noted for each normal camp session which runs from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Extended morning hours are 7:30 am until 9:00 am, with an additional fee of $2.50 per day or $10 per week.
  • Extended evening hours are 4:00 pm until 5:30 pm, with an additional fee of $2.50 per day or $10 per week.
  • If you choose both extended AM and extended PM hours, the additional cost is a maximum of $20 per week.
