GSNWGL Program/Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
To keep costs low, refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by council staff or for family/medical emergency. All requests must be made in writing and submitted BEFORE the registration deadline. If by the registration deadline you cannot attend the event for which you have paid, when you notify us of your cancelation, you may transfer the fee once to another council Program Event or Series Program that takes place within the next two months.
