Financial Assistance for Membership

New!!!  When registering or renewing for the 2013-2014 membership year, Cookie Dough Reward Cards may not be used.  This change is necessary to comply with IRS regulation.

Financial Assistance for Membership

  • Financial assistance cannot be used online
  • There are specific request forms that must be submitted
  • Financial assistance forms and instructions
  • Attach the financial assistance eligibility, membership form and the verification of income to the back of the paper registration form. 
  • Write “FA” in the upper right corner of the paper membership registration form.
  • Financial assistance forms can be put in a sealed envelope for confidentiality. 
  • Give the forms to your Troop Leader or local Troop Program Manager.
  • Or, mail the financial assistance request and verification of income directly to: Girl Scouts of Western Washington, PO Box 770, DuPont, WA  98327-0770.

Cookie Dough Reward for Camp

  • Cookie dough rewards cannot be used online
  • Deposits can be paid 2 ways:
    1. Pay the $25 non-refundable deposit using a credit/debit card to secure your camper's spot, and send in a copy of your order summary with your cookie dough card number specifying how much you would like to apply to the balance due. (Deposit paid online can not be refunded if cookie dough reward amount is more than the cost of the camp session.)
    2. Send a paper registration form to register for camp, include the cookie dough card number, and specify the amount to be charged
  • Additional payments
    • Send a copy of your invoice or order summary along with your cookie dough card number specifying the amount to be charged

  • Financial assistance cannot be used online
  • Deposits can be paid 2 ways:
    1. Pay a $25 non-refundable deposit using a credit/debit card to secure your camper's spot, then send in applicable financial assistance forms for the balance; multiple family members attending camp will be required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit per camper
    2. Send in a paper registration form with a $25 deposit and include the applicable financial assistance forms for the remaining balance
  • Additional payments
    • If you have not done so, submit applicable financial assistance forms no less than 30 days before the balance is due for camp.
