Activity Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing (fax 651-227-7533, e-mail registration@girlscoutsrv.org, or mail to 400 Robert Street S, St. Paul, MN 55107).  No phone cancellations will be accepted.

Program Events with fees: To receive a refund, the cancellation must be received in writing no less than 30 days before the event date.

Program Events without fees: Staff need to know if you cannot attend in order to make room for others.  Please notify the Registration Team if you will not attend a program event you have registered for.

Qualifying refunds will be sent within two weeks of receiving required written cancellation. 

When a program event is cancelled by staff because of low enrollment or other conditions, payment will be refunded within two weeks of the cancellation (unless you choose to transfer payment to another program event).
