Girl Scout Camp St. Albans is located on beautiful Lake Devereaux in Belfair, Washington. Situated on 414 wooded acres, campers stay in open-air cabins, platform tents or indoor sleeping shelters.
Every girl is an active decision maker in creating her session as she participates with her group to choose which activities to do during the week. Girl Scout Camp St. Albans has a variety of activities for girls to choose from, including swimming, rowing our one-of-a kind Viking boats, arts and crafts, nature exploration, outdoor skill building, cookouts, campfires and sailing. All campers at Girl Scout Camp St. Albans get a well-rounded camp experience, including an overnight away from their unit. Campers entering grades 4 and above will have the opportunity to participate in archery and canoeing. All programs are weather permitting.
In order to attend Girl Scouts of Western Washington camps, campers must meet the following essential functions.
•Capable of mainstream in the public school system (does not require one-on-one guidance)
•Moves independently from place to place
•Effectively interacts in a group, based on program content
•Is able to meet personal needs (bathing, toileting, dressing, diet management etc.)
•Capable of self-management of chronic illnesses
