Interested in leadership, volunteering at Girl Scout events and being a role model?
Basic Program Aide training will help girls become confident, effective leaders and will teach girls skills for working with younger troops and groups. All girls in 7th grade and above, are invited to attend Program Aide Training to become ready to serve as a mentor to younger girls in several settings including troop, day camp, council events, and service unit events.
Girl Scout PA's in the Teen Mentoring program have the unique opportunity to serve as champions for the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Older girls can also help grow awareness of not only the fun experiences girls can share in Girl Scouts, but why those experiences matter.

Girls should bring lunch, refillable water bottles, PA Binder and training cards.

Troop leader or adult chaperone is required to carry all traveling forms for each participating girl (Annual Permission Form, Health History, Permission for Medication, Permission to Release.) Forms can be downloaded from the website: GSCCC Forms. For more safety information please review the event specific Safety Activity Checkpoint before any trip.
