Family Registration 

If you have ever been involved with GSNWGL as a member, volunteer, or girl member's parent, you most likely have a record in our database.

As part of the Family Management feature, online accounts are no longer needed for your child. All online accounts are for adults only. If your family members do not show up when you are logged in, please contact us during Council business hours at 888.747.6945 or register@gsnwgl.org for assistance. Do not use the Add a Family Member option to try and add them; that feature should only be used for family members who are completely new to Girl Scouts. If you are a troop leader and you do not see your troop, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Each family can have one guardian serve as the family manager, who will be connected to their children and other members of the family. If you are also a troop leader, you will be connected to your troop with the same login.

Please Note: GSNWGL Programs Refund Policy
To keep costs low, refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by council staff or for family/medical emergency. All requests must be made in writing and submitted BEFORE the registration deadline. If by the registration deadline you cannot attend the event for which you have paid, you may transfer the fee once to another council Program Event or Series Program that takes place within the next two months.


Once you have logged into this site you will be able to:

  • Renew your annual membership or become a new member for the first time
  • Become a lifetime member and make a lifelong commitment to Girl Scouts
  • Update your contact information
  • Manage your family online if you are a Family Manager
  • Manage your troop(s) online if you are a Troop Leader (01)
