As some of the upcoming screens have changed, we encourage you to please take a few seconds to read the information below before proceeding.

Parents: One person per family is designated as the Family Manager. This role was assigned according to the first listed parent or guardian on the child’s account (aka Guardian 1). Only the Family Manager is able to view and manage the accounts of children and adult family member(s) from his/her own login.

Current and past adult Girl Scout members or guardians of current or former Girl Scouts in Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains, if this is your first time accessing the Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains registration site since August 10, 2013 you must create a “New Online Account”. When setting up your account for the first time, here are a few things to remember:

  • Girls under the age of 18 must be managed by a Family Manager and are no longer be able to login under their own name.
  • Adults need to enter your name and address as it appears in our system. (Kathleen instead of Kathy; Jones-Smith instead of Smith; old address if it was never corrected in our system)
  • If you add your name/address differently than in the system, you will create a new account and not be connected to your family/daughter. If this happens please send an email to helpdesk@girlscoutsgwm.org and let us know that you may have multiple accounts that need to be merged. (You may want to contact your troop's leader if you are unsure how you are listed in the system.)
  • If, after entering your information, you receive a message to contact us, it probably means that we do not have an email address on your account. Another scenerio is that we have multiple accounts already in the system for you. Please email helpdesk@girlscoutsgwm.org and we will correct the issue.

New to the Council?
If you or your child is new to Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains, the system will set up a new account for you. Once you have set up a username and password, you can then add family members to your account by clicking “Add a family member” located on the upper right hand side of your account page. Then you can purchase Girl Scout membership and register for activities.

Please note: This system is not supported in Internet Explorer 11. It has difficulty with iPad and iPhone connections and may receive error messages.

Once you have logged into this site you will be able to:

  • Purchase membership, including Lifetime, and/or register for Activities 
  • Update your contact information
  • Manage your family if you are a Family Manager (If you do not see your family, please email helpdesk@girlscoutsgwm.org with their names and birthdates)
  • Manage your troop(s) if you are a Troop Leader (01)
