Hints & Tips for using online registration:

* While we are striving to become mobile friendly, this platform is not compatible with all "smart
   devices", such as smart phones, tablets, or iPads. It is recommended you use a lap top or desk
   top computer, and Internet Explorer as your browser.

* First time online? Set up your account by clicking on the "New Online Account" button to the right.

* Once you have successfully logged in, you should see your membership history or your family
   members, if they are in our system. If you do not, contact us at the number or email address below.

* If you receive any pop-up messages, indicating a potential duplicate customer record or error,
   please stop and contact us.

* If, after registering your daughter or yourself, you have not been contacted by the leader or Council
   within three weeks, you should contact the Council for assistance.

After logging in, you will be able to:
* Renew or purchase your/your daughter's annual membership for the 2016 membership year,
   valid through September 30, 2016. 
   Beginning April 1, 2016, you may renew memberships for 2017 for currently registered girls or
   adults.
   New memberships for 2017 should not be processed until August 1, 2016, otherwise you will be
   prompted to register for 2016 before you can register for 2017.

Memberships are not transferrable or refundable, so please choose the correct year option when registering.

* Be sure to click the box next to the name of the person you are registering.
* Become an adult Lifetime Member and make a lifelong commitment to Girl Scouts.
* Manage and register your family activities online if you are the "Family Manager".
* Manage and register your troop(s) activities online if you are the Troop Leader (01).

   via email, support@gsnim.org. We will respond to your message within 24 business hours. 
   Clearly indicate your first and last name and your daughter's first and last name, in your message.

Membership registrations are not refundable or transferrable.
This includes adults to girls and/or from year to year.
