Once you have successfully logged in, if you DO NOT SEE either:
-your membership history or your family members

Customer support is available from 9-5 M-F and we will respond to your email or voicemail within 24 hours. Please clearly indicate your name and your daughter's name when emailing or leaving a message.

Once you have logged into this site you will be able to:
  • Renew your annual membership or become a new member for the first time, if you do not see the membership year option for the year you are registering, please contact us at the above number/email. 
  • Become a lifetime member and make a lifelong commitment to Girl Scouts
  • Update your contact information
  • Manage your family online if you are a Family Manager
  • Manage your troop(s) online if you are a Troop Leader (01)

ATTENTION TROOP LEADERS: Beginning 10/1/14 you will only see those members of your troop that have already registered for the 2015 Membership year.

If you did not re-register members of your troop before midnight of September 29th, they no longer appear on your roster. The parent or guardian can register their daughters online or complete a paper registration form and submit with payment. Once they are registered, they will reappear on your roster.

Do not "Add" a girl or adult that was previously registered in your troop - or in another troop, this will create a duplicate record. Contact us for any troop transfers.

Membership registrations are not refundable or transferrable. This includes adults to girls and/or from year to year. Be sure to click the box next to the name of the person you are registering.
