IMPORTANT – We are still accepting membership registrations for the 2015 membership year which ends September 30, 2015.  We are also accepting the Early Bird/Spring Renewal membership registrations for the upcoming 2016 membership year which begins October 1, 2015.  It is important that you select the correct membership product you wish to purchase. 

If you wish to activate your membership for the remaining 2015 membership year, which will be effective immediately and ending 9/30/2015, please select the option for Adult 2015 (valid 10/1/2014 – 9/30/2015) or Girl 2015 (valid 10/1/2014 – 9/30/2015).   

If you wish to activate your membership for the upcoming membership year which will be effective as of 10/1/2015 and ending 9/30/2016, please select the option for Adult 2016 (valid 10/1/2015 – 9/30/2016) or Girl 2016 (valid 10/1/2015 – 9/30/2016).

Once you have logged into this site you will be able to:
  • Renew your annual membership
  • Register for Training, Programs, and Summer Camp (click on the Activities Tab above)
  • Update your contact information
  • Manage your family's online account
  • Manage your troop(s) online account if you are a Troop Leader (position code = 01)

Please note that while we cannot guarantee placement in a troop, there are lots of exciting opportunities in Girl Scouts such as programs, travel opportunities and camps you can participate in right now!

        While we cannot guarantee new member placement in a troop, there are lots of exciting opportunities in Girl Scouts such as programs, activities, and camps that you can participate in right now!
        Renewing your membership automatically assigns you to your previous troop placement. Please let your leader know if you need a transfer.

        Please Note: GSUSA member dues and GSHNJ Council Fees are non-refundable/non-transferable.

              Girl Program

              Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey is committed to providing exciting programs and events for our girls giving them opportunities to develop leadership skills while having fun!  Our programs cover the areas of Arts and Culture, Girl Award Workshops, Financial Literacy, Health and Fitness, Community Service, Outdoor Activities, Overnights and S.T.E.M. Girls may register and participate in programs with their troop members or individually.

                Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey operates two summer camps.  The OVAL Day Camp in Maplewood, NJ and Lou Henry Hoover Resident Camp in Middleville, NJ.  Our camps provide year-round and summer camp experiences.  Sailing, horseback riding, leadership programs, performing and creative arts, S.T.E.M, and outdoor exploration are just a few of our offerings.
