Once you are logged in, you will be able to:

  • Renew your annual membership or become a new member for the first time
  • Register for council events and programs
  • Manage your troop(s) online if you are a Troop Leader
  • Manage your family online if you are a "Family Manager"
  • Assign yourself a role code if you are a volunteer

Adult Membership Information: 

  • Log in or click "New Online Account" to the right
  • Follow the steps to purchase an Adult Membership for the current year (10/1/15 - 9/30/16)
    • During the membership purchase, select Yes when asked if you are a Girl Scout Volunteer, then indicate your role (examples: 03-Support Volunteer; 01-Troop Leader; Troop Product Sales-Fall, etc.)
    • Note: volunteer roles can also be selected from the "my account" screen
  • For the safety and welfare of our membership, all adults working with our girls are required to complete a background check. Click here for the link and detailed instructions.

Troop Leaders:  If you are missing a returning member from your roster, please email the Answer Center at answercenter@girlscoutsem.org with their full name and date of birth. We can then add those girls for a  period of time so you can re-register them for 2016. 

General Information:

  • This registration system runs on Eastern Time, so please be aware that deadlines are actually 10:59 PM
  • The more information you are able to provide, the quicker we can place you in a troop
  • Membership orders are not complete until payment has been entered for the transaction
  • All girls must be registered for the current membership year (10/1/15 - 9/30/16) in order to participate in programs
  • Troop Leaders, please ensure your Troop Meeting information is accurate for the 2016 membership year
